“Everyone at SPLICE strives to not only build strong relationships with our clients but also with each other. The team environment inspires everyone to exceed expectations and create a ‘bigger and better SPLICE’.
"Having a great place to work not only makes it more enjoyable for my colleagues and myself, but also instils a sense of pride that I believe flows through to our customers in the form of more invested and better service."
"The relationships I build at SPLICE and the endless learning keeps me engaged, challenged and proud of the work I do. After 3 years as a SPLICEr, I can confidently say the experiences I have gained along the way are irreplaceable and valuable to my career growth. Opportunities to take on new challenges are endless and my skill-set continues to build with each project and client program completed. SPLICE embodies a "work hard, play hard" mentality and really encourages you to enjoy your time off, and even pushes for extended vacations to promote a healthy work-life balance."
